Navigating benefits can be overwhelming. Serena Cura provides one-on-one assistance to help elderly individuals apply for programs such as Medicaid, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), SNAP (Food Stamps), Housing Choice Vouchers, and Long-Term Care Waivers. We work directly with case managers, social workers, and families to ensure all paperwork is complete, submitted properly, and followed up.
We assist with:
Gathering and preparing required documents
Completing applications for Medicaid, SSI, and housing
Scheduling and attending eligibility interviews if needed
Appealing benefit denials
Coordinating with government agencies and managed care plans
