What to Expect

A Day in Our Group Home

Morning

Wake up, personal care assistance, breakfast, medication management. Light exercise or stretching group.

Afternoon

Lunch, structured activities (games, crafts, music), community outing or medical appointments. Snack time.

Evening

Dinner, social time, relaxation, evening medication. Curfew and quiet hours for restful sleep.

Eligibility

Who Qualifies?

Elderly adults (60+) or adults with disabilities who need supervised residential care
Individuals eligible for Medicaid waiver programs or other assistance
Those who need help with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, medication)
Residents of Philadelphia, PA or Philadelphia, PA (or willing to relocate)
